Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales and service of the company’s products in the Srinagar and Anantnag regions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth
- Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect for new clients
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales and promotional strategies
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Graduate with ITI/Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service (experienced and freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a two-wheeler
