Important Details

Candidates who are eligible for document verification are required to appear physically before the designated Document Verification Committees. The specific schedule and venues for this process will be provided in the annexure accompanying the notification.

Required Documents

Candidates must bring the following original documents along with one set of self-attested copies:

• Copy of Online Application Form(s)
• Two recent passport-sized color photographs
• One original photo ID Proof (Aadhar card, Voter Card, PAN Card, Passport, etc.)
• Date of Birth Certificate (10th Diploma/Marks card)
• Domicile Certificate
• Valid Category Certificate (if applicable)
• 10+2 Marks Sheet/Diploma
• Graduation Degree from a recognized university
• Bonafide Certificate (for candidates with qualifications from outside the UT of J&K)
• Checklist sheet/form (as per Annexure “B”)
• Order of preferences for various Items/Cadres (as per Annexure “C”) to be submitted offline.
