J&K Bank Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the J&K Bank Recruitment 2024, candidates must meet the following eligibility conditions:
- Educational Qualification:
- A Graduate in any discipline is required.
- The applicant should either be a retired or serving officer at the rank equivalent to General Manager in another Bank or a Financial Sector Regulatory Body.
- The applicant should not have worked or been working in any capacity with J&K Bank.
- If retired, the candidate should have retired at the General Manager level from a Scheduled Commercial Bank (other than J&K Bank).
- Experience:
- The candidate must have at least 7 years of experience working in areas like banking, regulation, supervision, payment and settlement systems, or consumer protection.
- Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 65 years as of 01-01-2024.

J&K Bank Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The applications received will be reviewed based on eligibility and relevant experience. Candidates will be shortlisted for an interview. The bank’s Shortlisting Committee will set the criteria for shortlisting and decide the number of candidates to be called for an interview.
