J-K Govt Orders Transfers, Postings of Several Officers
Srinagar, Nov 11: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered transfers and postings for several Private Secretaries with immediate effect. This reshuffle is part of ongoing administrative adjustments aimed at improving efficiency within various departments.
Key Transfers and Postings
- Fayaz Ahmad Khan has been transferred from the office of the Chief Conservator of Forests, Kashmir, to SKIMS, Soura on an ex-cadre basis.
- Firdous Ahmad Wani, previously awaiting adjustment, is now posted in the Department of Forest, Ecology & Environment to assist the Administrative Secretary.
- Masroof Sultan Guroo moves from SKIMS, Soura to the office of the Chief Conservator of Forests, Kashmir, also on an ex-cadre basis.
- Sarni Ullah Mir has been transferred from the office of the Principal, SKIMS Medical College and Hospital, to the J&K Public Service Commission.
- Naresh Sharma, who was awaiting orders, is now with the Transport Department working alongside the Administrative Secretary.
- Nisar Ahmad Bhat has been moved from the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj to the Information Department.
- Irshad Ahmad transferred from the JK Public Service Commission to the office of the Principal, SKIMS Medical College and Hospital.
- Lakshman Kumar Sharma is transferred from the office of the Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, to the Directorate of Horticulture, Jammu.
- Soma Kumar moves from the Government College of Engineering & Technology, Jammu to the office of the Divisional Commissioner, Jammu.
- Ashok Kumar Sharma is transferred from the Directorate of Horticulture, Jammu, and will await further posting in the General Administration Department.
- Ishrat Hussain Thoker, a Senior Stenographer, has been posted in the Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj.
All officials involved in these changes are considered relieved of their previous duties with immediate effect, as stated in the official order. This reshuffle reflects the government’s ongoing efforts to optimize administrative functions across various sectors in Jammu and Kashmir.
