Required Qualifications

Candidates interested in applying must meet the following qualifications for the respective positions:

1. Civil (Self Finance) Draughtsman
   • Minimum Qualification:
     • B.Voc/Degree in Civil Engineering with one year of experience, or
     • 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering with two years of experience, or
     • NTC/NAC in Draughtsman Civil with three years of post-qualification experience.
   • Essential Qualification: Relevant National Craft Instructor Certificate (NCIC) under DGT.
2. Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA)
   • Minimum Qualification:
     • B.Voc/Degree in Computer Science/IT with one year of experience, or
     • 3-year Diploma in Computer Science/IT with two years of experience, or
     • NTC/NAC in COPA with a short-term Training of Trainers (TOT) course in Employability Skills.
   • Essential Qualification: Relevant NCIC under DGT.
3. Secretarial Practice (Self Finance)
   • Minimum Qualification:
     • Post Graduate in Computer Science/IT with one year of experience, or
     • Bachelor in Computer Science/IT with two years of experience, or
     • 3-year Diploma in Commercial Practice with two years of experience, or
     • NTC/NAC in Secretarial Practice with three years of experience.
   • Essential Qualification: Relevant NCIC under DGT.

Terms and Conditions

1. Compensation: The selected candidates will be paid as per the norms during the engagement period.
2. Duration: The assignment is temporary and will last until the end of the academic session (July/August 2025).
3. Affidavit Requirement: Candidates must submit an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 20, confirming their acceptance of the terms and conditions and acknowledging that they have no preferential claim for continuation or reassignment.
