As of now, the Kashmir region is experiencing rain and thunderstorms with gusty winds. Areas particularly affected include Tanghdar, Kupwara, Handwara, Uri, Baramulla, Sopore, and Wular Lake. The Meteorological Centre in Srinagar has issued a weather alert indicating that this weather pattern is expected to continue over the next 2-3 hours.
