DESK Orders Change in school timings across Kashmir division effective from Monday
Change in School Timings for Kashmir Division
The Directorate of School Education Kashmir has issued a new order regarding school timings for both Government and Recognized Private Schools in the Kashmir Division. This change will take effect from August 12, 2024.

New Timings:
- Schools within Srinagar Municipal limits:
- From 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM
- Schools outside Municipal limits of Srinagar District and other areas of Kashmir Province:
- From 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM
All educational institutions are required to strictly adhere to these new timings. Any deviation from this order will be taken seriously by the authorities.
