Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility conditions for the various positions are as follows:
- Assistant Professor (Engineering and Technology): Candidates must have a B.E/B.Tech and a Master’s Degree in the relevant branch with first class or equivalent. A Ph.D. in the concerned subject is desirable.
- Assistant Professor (T&P): Candidates should possess a B.E/B.Tech and a Master’s Degree in Biomedical, Civil, Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering with first class or equivalent. A minimum of two years of experience as a Training & Placement Officer or in Human Resource Management is preferred.
- Assistant Professor (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Humanities-Management): Candidates must have a Master’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/Differently Abled) and must have NET/SLET/SET or a Ph.D..
- Assistant Librarian: Candidates should have a Master’s in Library and Information Science with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/Differently Abled) and must have NET/SET/SLET or a Ph.D..
- Teaching Assistant (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Humanities-Management): Candidates must have a Master’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/Differently Abled).
Note: If qualified candidates with Ph.D./NET/SET/SLET are not available, Teaching Assistants may be engaged purely on a need basis.
