School Edu Deptt Orders Regularization of Rehbar-e-Taleem Teachers
The Divisional Level Regularization Committee approved the regularization of Rehbar-e-Taleem Teachers in its meeting held on 27.02.2024, in accordance with specific government orders and communications from the Chief Education Officers.

Pay Scale and Qualifications: The regularization is sanctioned in the pay scale of Rs.5200-20200 with grade pay of Rs.2800/- for graduates and above, and Rs.5200-20200 with grade pay of Rs.2400/- for under-graduates. The candidates must fulfill various conditions, including possessing the minimum prescribed qualifications for appointment at the time of initial engagement.
Verification and Certification: The concerned Chief Education Officer is responsible for ensuring that the candidates fulfill conditions such as completing five years of continuous service, maintaining satisfactory work and conduct, possessing the required qualifications, and maintaining a close rapport with the local community. The Village Education Committee and other relevant authorities are involved in certifying these conditions.

Additional Conditions: The order also specifies conditions related to maternity leave, character and antecedents verification, adherence to the new pension scheme, and the prohibition of transfer/deployment/attachment/deputation of the regularized teachers.
Cancellation of Regularization: The order emphasizes that if the certificates produced by the Rehbar-e-Taleem Teachers are proved fake or forged, the engagement/regularization shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab initio.
