J-K Government Terminates Teacher
Unauthorized absence case of Smt. Ritu, Teacher, Govt Higher Secondary School, Smailpur - Termination from Government service thereof
The Principal of Govt Higher Secondary School, Smailpur has reported that Smt. Ritu, the then teacher have applied for permission to visit abroad (Dubai) which was sanctioned by the Administrative Department vide No. Edu/II/ 167/2016 Dated: 05.04.2016 duly endorsed by this office vide No. DSEJ/NG/Tr/2016/1515 Dated: 07.04.2016 subject to the following conditions:,

- The applicant shall get the leave duly sanctioned by the competent authority before proceeding abroad (Dubai).
- The applicant shall not extend leave and shall return to duty before the expiry of leave.
- The applicant shall not take any assignment at the visiting place.
