The Directorate of School Education, Kashmir, has issued formal promotion and confirmation orders for 372 trained graduate/post-graduate teachers and in-charge Masters as Masters, effective from July 6, 2024. These promotions follow the decisions of the Divisional Departmental Promotion Committee during meetings held on August 7, 2024, and November 23, 2024.

• Promotions are subject to compliance with standard terms, such as vigilance clearance, integrity certificates, and qualifications.
• Officials are required to possess genuine qualifications and have uninterrupted service without adverse records.
• Suspended employees or those under investigation are not eligible for promotion.
• Candidates must submit an affidavit confirming no pending legal or disciplinary actions.

The promoted individuals will continue to serve at their current postings until formal adjustment orders are issued. This order is part of efforts to fill 555 vacant Master posts, ensuring administrative efficiency in schools across the region.
