The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has issued an order regarding the deputation of Junior Assistants from the J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service for a specialized training course. This initiative aims to enhance the skills and efficiency of the administrative staff within the region.

- Location: J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development (IMPARD), Srinagar/Jammu.
Responsibilities and Attendance
- The salary of the officials will continue to be drawn from their respective departments, contingent upon the submission of an attendance certificate from IMPARD.
- All officials are required to report to IMPARD at 10:00 A.M. on the first day of training, August 22, 2024.
- They will be deemed relieved from their current duties effective from the same date.
This training is part of the government’s ongoing efforts to improve administrative capabilities and service delivery in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
