The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has announced a transfer and posting of JKAS officer in the interest of administration with immediate effect.

According to a government order, Mr. Abdul Khabir, who is currently serving as Deputy Secretary to the Government in the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, has been transferred and will now serve as Special Assistant to Mr. Surinder Choudhary, the Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir.
This decision reflects the government’s ongoing efforts to manage administrative functions effectively.
