J&K Govt Orders Placement of DySP as Superintendent of Police – Check Here
The Government of Jammu and Kashmir, Home Department has issued Government Order No. 317-Home of 2024 dated 19.07.2024, sanctioning the placement of Shri Mohammad Iqbal, PID No. MES-895598, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Stenography), as Incharge Superintendent of Police (Stenography) in his own pay and grade.

This placement has been made purely in the interest of administration and does not confer any right on the incumbent to claim preferential treatment for promotion, as and when the same is made in accordance with the relevant rules.
It is also mentioned that this placement shall be without prejudice to the outcome of Writ Petitions, if any, pending consideration before the Court(s)/Tribunal of competent jurisdiction or any existing or future orders of the Hon’ble Courts.
