In wake of an increase in Lumpy skin disease, Jammu Deputy Magistrate Avny Lavasa orders “no bovine animals such as cow, oxen, bulls, calves by foot or through transport means be transported within Jammu dist and from Jammu to other districts with immediate effect.”
