JKBOSE Issues Instructions & Guidelines for filling online Examination Form of Class 10th Session Annual 2025 (Regular)

• The examination form can only be filled through the school account.
• The school must open the Office Login window and enter the School ID and Password provided to fill the examination forms.

Step 3: Select Examination Form Option

• In the school login, select the “Examination Form” option.

Step 4: Fill the Examination Form

• Enter the correct Registration Number, which can be accessed by clicking on the students’ section under “Reports” after selecting Class IX and session 2023-25.

Step 5: Fetch and Upload Details

• After entering the Registration Number, click the “Get Details” option. This will automatically fetch the registered data/particulars of the candidates, including their photograph.
• Upload the candidate’s signature (not exceeding 50KB) and fill in the remaining fields to complete the form.
• Important: Check all entries, especially the photograph, subjects, and signature, carefully before final submission.

Step 6: Submission Process

• Once the examination form is submitted, the request will automatically be forwarded to the “Principal Account” of the respective institution.

Step 7: Fee Payment

• The prescribed examination fee must be paid through the “Clerk Account” of the institution after the examination form is approved by the Principal.
• Note: Students are not allowed to pay the fee directly.

Important Note: No Corrections After Fee Payment

• Once the fee has been paid, no corrections will be allowed. It is the responsibility of the institution to ensure that all particulars are accurate before making the payment.
