The affected students are required to appear before the Committee for review and resolution of these misconduct cases. They are instructed to attend the hearing as per the specified schedule in the Office Chambers of the Joint Secretary (Secrecy), JD.
They must attend at their own expense to defend themselves against the charges. If they do not attend, it will be assumed that they have no defense, and the Sub-Committee will make a final decision based on the existing records and reports. This decision will be binding on all students involved.
