The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has issued a notification regarding the document verification process for candidates who have qualified for various Graduate Level posts. This follows the OMR-based written examination conducted on June 2, 2024, as per Notification No. JKSSB/COEDEXAM(UT)/21/2024-06 dated June 12, 2024.

Key Details

• Positions Under Consideration: The notification pertains to several posts across different departments, including:
  • Record Keeper in the Culture Department
  • Sub-Editor in the Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Department
  • Storekeeper and Assistant Labour Procurement Officer in the Home Department
  • Computer Assistant in Higher Education
  • Copy Holder and Proof Reader in ARI and Training.

Document Verification Schedule:

Candidates falling under the consideration zone are required to appear for document verification at designated venues. The specific schedule and venues will be provided in the annexure accompanying the notification.

Required Documents

Candidates must bring the following documents in original, along with one set of self-attested copies:

1. Application Form
2. Two recent passport-sized photographs
3. Photo ID Proof (Aadhar card, Voter Card, PAN Card, Passport, etc.)
4. Date of Birth Certificate (10th-grade marks card)
5. Valid Category Certificate (if applicable)
6. Domicile Certificate
7. Marks Sheet of Matriculation
8. Graduation Degree
9. Qualification/Certificates/Diploma/Experience Certificates as per the advertisement notifications
10. Bonafide Certificate (if applicable)
11. Checklist Sheet/Form (as per Annexure D)
12. Order of Preferences for various posts (as per Annexure E).

Important Notes

• Candidates who do not appear for the document verification on the scheduled date will forfeit their right to selection.
• If any advertisement item is not reflected in the annexure against a candidate’s name/roll number, they must submit a clubbing request as per the enclosed format on October 23 and 24, 2024, at the JKSSB Central Office.
