Srinagar Smart City Limited (SSCL) is currently hiring on an outsource basis for the following positions:

1. Manager Enforcement & RAT

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in any subject from a recognized university.
• Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA in any subject.

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years in human resource management, legal work, intelligence, investigation work, or security for candidates with a bachelor’s degree.
• 6 years of experience for candidates with a master’s degree, specifically in compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures related to bus operations, including ticket verification and traffic laws.
• Prior work experience in any defense force is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of IT-based monitoring systems is required.

2. Executive – Enforcement

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in any subject from a recognized university.

Experience, Skills & Abilities Required:

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in human resource management, legal work, security, or passport operations.
• Familiarity with ETMS and cash deposit machines.
• Experience in compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures related to bus operations, including ticket verification and traffic laws.
• Knowledge of IT-based monitoring systems is essential.
