University of Kashmir Invited Applications for Project Assistant Position
The Department of Clinical Biochemistry at the University of Kashmir is inviting applications for the position of Project Assistant under a research project titled “High altitude induced thrombosis in transhumant pastoralist Gujjar-Bakarwal population of Jammu and Kashmir.” This project is sponsored by the DHR under the GIA-2022 scheme, Government of India.
Position Details

- Salary: ₹20,000 per month + HRA
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum Education:
- B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) OR
- M.Sc in Clinical Biochemistry, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Desirable Qualifications
- Knowledge and Experience:
- Profound knowledge of medical laboratory technology.
- Field experience in conducting clinical studies.
- Previous experience working in diagnostic labs.
