Transfers/Postings/Assigning of additional charge of J&K Accounts Service

Government of Jammu & Kashmir Finance Depatment ordered Transfers/Postings/Assigning of additional charge to the Members of J&K Accounts Service.

Government Order No. 92 -F of 2024 Dated: 15.03.2024

In the interest of administration and in view of administrative exigencies, sanction is hereby accorded to the placement of following Assistant Accounts Officers of J&K Subordinate Accounts Service as I/C Junior Scale Accounts Officers, purely on stop gap basis with charge allowance as admissible under rules.

This arrangement shall not confer any right to them for consideration of their promotion as Junior Scale Accounts Officers as and when the same is considered on regular basis and shall be subject to outcome of writ petition(s) if any, pending before any competent court(s) of law.

The officers shall be deemed to have been relieved with immediate effect. Substitute in place of below placed Assistant Accounts Officers shall be provided separately.
