Govt Orders Change In Appointment to Class-IV Special Recruitment Rules
The government of Jammu and Kashmir ordered Amendment in the J&K Appointment to Class-IV Special Recruitment Rules 2020
S.O.497.- In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to article 309 of the Constitution read with section 15 of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Decentralization and Recruitment) Act, 2010, the Lieutenant Governor is pleased to direct that rule 7 of the Jammu and Kashmir Appointment to Class-IV (Special Recruitment) Rules, 2020 shall be omitted.
