Govt Orders Transfer/ Posting Of 135 Headmasters
The School Education Department Of Jammu and Kashmir Ordered Transfer and Posting of Headmasters and equivalent through Online Transfer Portal-2023 Modifications thereof. Government Order No. 294-JK(Edu) of 2023 Dated: 14.09.2023
WHEREAS, in the Online Transfer Drive; 135 Headmasters and equivalent of JKUT were transferred and adjusted vide Government Order No. 241-JK(Edu) of 2023, dated: 18.08.2023; and
WHEREAS, 37 number of grievances/representations were received from the transferees for considering modification of their posting on different grounds; and
WHEREAS, the representations/grievances were thoroughly examined in the Department and modification in respect of 26 transferees has been considered on merits and rest of the representations have been found bereft of merit for modification.
Now, therefore, as approved by the competent authority, following modifications of postings in the aforesaid transfer order are hereby ordered with immediate effect:
Besides, the Headmasters at S. No. 12, 51, 65, 76, 78, 82, 101, 110, 112, 113, 115, 121, 123, 125, and 130 of Government Order No. 241-JK(Edu) of 2023, dated: 18.08.2023 are retained at their present place of posting(s) due to premature stay / extrerne health grounds / physical disability etc.
Further, Sh. Kamlesh Kumar, Look-after Headmaster GHS Dhanwan Rajouri (surplus) is adjusted at BHS Siot Rajouri. Moreover, the terms and conditions as laid down in the Government Order No. 241-JK(Edu) of 2023, dated: 18.08.2023 shall remain unchanged.
