J&K Govt Issues Appointment Orders for Various Officers – Check List Here
Government of Jammu and Kashmir issued Order regarding appointment of Central Public Information Officers in the General Administration Department and in the Office of the Chief Secretary, J&K, under RTI Act, 2005.
As per notification, in supersession of all previous orders issued on the subject and in pursuance of Section 5(1) of Right to Information Act, 2005, it is hereby ordered that the following officers of the General Administration Department shall dispose of the applications under Right to Information Act, 2005 related to the sections, as indicated against each:-
