J&K Govt Orders Transfers, Postings Of Prosecuting Officers

The Government of Jammu and Kashmir Home Department on wednesday ordered Transfers and postings of the members of J&K Prosecution Service in the interest of administration, with immediate effect

According to a government Mr. Sarfaraz Ahmad, Sr. Prosecuting Officer, DPO Shopian is transferred and posted as Sr. Prosecuting Officer, DPO Rajouri vice Mr. Pawan Preet Singh.

Mr. Pawan Preet Singh, Senior Prosecuting Officer, DPO Rajouri is transferred and posted as Sr. Prosecuting Officer, DPO Shopian vice Mr. Sarfaraz Ahmad.

Mr. Masroor Qadir, Assistant Public Prosecutor in the Court of Munsiff Sogam is transferred and posted as Senior Prosecuting Officer, DPO Kupwara against available vacancy with additional charge of DPO Handwara.

Mr. Altaf Wahid Mangnoo, Assistant Public Prosecutor in the Court of I Addl. Munsiff, Jammu is transferred and posted as Senior Prosecuting Officer, DPO, Jammu vice Mr. Rohit Tidyal.
