Provisional Merit List/Result for admission to B.Ed. Jammu Course-2022 after conduct of Common Entrance Test on 8th of January, 2023.
The Provisional Merit List / Result of all the candidates, who had appeared in the Common Entrance Test conducted by the J&K BOPEE in pursuance to Notice No. 035-BOPEE of 2022 dated 14-12-2022 read with Notification No. 112-BOPEE of 2022 dated 28.12.2022 for admission to B.Ed Jammu on 8th January 2023 is hereby notified as per the Annexure-A to this Notification.
The candidates figuring in the Annexure-A to this Notification whose Reserved Category Certificates were found Expired/Invalid at the time of submission of Online Application Forms were provisionally entertained and they were allowed to appear in the Entrance Test. All such Reserved Category candidates are hereby advised to submit the Renewed/Valid documents, issued by the Competent Authority, physically in the respective BOPEE Offices, Jammu/Srinagar upto 19-01-2023 (4:00 pm) failing which their candidature shall be converted into Open Merit, if otherwise eligible.
Further, the candidate(s), if any, who need correction in their particulars i.e. Name, Parentage, D.O.B, Category and Gender are also advised to represent before the Board upto 19-01-2023 (4:00 pm) for the said purpose.
The candidate(s) whose Date of Birth / Domicile Certificate / Graduation Marks Cards are deficient but have been provisionally included in this Provisional Merit List shall have to submit the same in the College, in case he/she is selected for admission on provisional basis.
In case two or more candidates have obtained the same marks in the Entrance Test, the inter-se-merit/tie of such candidates have been resolved as per provisions defined at Page No. 22, Point No. 14 of Information Brochure which is available on website of Board (www.jkbopee.gov.in) also.
As per provisions defined at Pont No. 15 Page No. 22 of e-Information Brochure, the
candidate(s), if any, has any objection against his/her result, such candidate(s) can submit a written representation along with payment receipt of Rs. 1000/- to be paid through POS machine at BOPEE offices Srinagar/Jammu for the purpose of re-totalling.
The application in this regard will be received upto 19.01.2023 (till 2.00 pm) by the Board after the declaration of result. No application shall be entertained after the prescribed date.
