JKCIP Recruitment 2025: Apply for Various Specialist and Managerial Positions

The Government of Jammu & Kashmir has announced recruitment for multiple positions under the Competitiveness Improvement of Agriculture and Allied Sectors Project (JKCIP), an IFAD-funded project managed by the Agriculture Production Department.

Available Positions & Eligibility

The recruitment drive includes several specialist and managerial roles, each requiring specific qualifications and experience:

1. Agriculture Specialist – Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and a postgraduate degree in Agriculture, Rural Management, or related fields, with 20-25 years of experience.
- (Salary: ₹1.75 lakh/month)
2. Procurement Specialist – Requires a graduate degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, Engineering, or Management, with 10 years of experience.
- (Salary: ₹1.75 lakh/month)
3. Procurement Officer – Requires a graduate degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, or Management, with 5 years of experience in procurement.
- (Salary: ₹80,000/month)
4. Manager MIS & IT – Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Communication Engineering, or related fields, with 5 years of experience in software development.
- (Salary: ₹1.25 lakh/month)
5. Manager Business Development – Requires a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Rural Management, or Agricultural Management, with 10 years of experience.
- (Salary: ₹1.25 lakh/month)
6. Manager Finance – Requires a Postgraduate degree in Commerce and Accountancy/ Chartered Accountant with 10-15 years of experience (minimum 3 years for Chartered Accountants).

7. Accounts Officer/Finance Officer – Requires a Postgraduate degree in Commerce and Accounting or a Bachelor’s degree in the same field, with 3-5 years of experience.

8. Manager Gender & Youth – Requires a Postgraduate degree in Social Science, Social Work, Gender Studies, Development Management, or related fields, with 10 years of experience.

9. Manager SECAP – Requires a Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Social Sciences, Climate Change, Sustainable Development, or a related field, with 5 years of professional experience.
