JKSSB: Document Verification of Additional Candidates for Panchayat Secretary (VLW) Posts – Download List
The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) released notification regarding Document Verification of additional candidates falling under consideration zone for the post of Panchayat Secretary, advertised vide Notification No. 03 of 2022-regarding.
According to the Notification No. JKSSB-COE0EXAM(UT)/86/2023-03 (7312349), dated: 01-01-2024, additional candidates, whose details are given in Annexure “A” are hereby called to appear in person for Document Verification before the Document Verification Committees of the Board for the verification/scrutiny of their documents/certificates on 23-01-2024 (Tuesday) at 11.00 AM, as per the schedule and venue indicated against each.
The candidates are required to produce following original documents/certificates along-with one set of self-attested copies, before the Document Verification Committee(s):
- 1. Copy of Online Application Forms.
- 2. Two passport size recent colour photographs.
- 3. One original photo ID Proof i.e. Aadhar Card/Voter Card/Pan Card/Passport etc.
- 4. D.O.B Certificate (10th Diploma / Marks card).
- 5. Valid Category Certificate, if belongs to reserved categories.
- 6. Domicile Certificate.
- 7. 10+2 Marks Sheet/Diploma.
- 8. Graduation Degree from recognized University/Institution.
- 9. Bonafide Certificate on the format prescribed by the Board duly issued by the Controller/Registrar of the concerned University/Board/Institute in respect of candidates, who have obtained the qualification from outside the UT of J&K.
- 10. Other documents as per prescribed qualification mentioned in the Advertisement Notification.
- 11. For Ex-Servicemen (ESM):-

- a. Discharge Certificate, if discharged from the Armed Forces.
- b. Candidates shall produce ESM certificate issued by the respective Zila Sainik Welfare Officer (ZSWO).
- c. Candidates need to submit an Undertaking in the shape of an Affidavit that the candidate has not availed benefit of Horizontal Reservation earlier. The undertaking should be in the shape of an Affidavit duly attested by the Magistrate 1 Class.
- d. If at any stage of the selection or later on, it has been found that he/she has already availed the benefit of Horizontal Reservation earlier, his/her candidature shall be cancelled ab-initio, without any further notice and he/she shall have no objection if his/her name for the said post(s) be rejected.
The candidates who fail to appear before the respective Document Verification Committee on the scheduled date shall forfeit their right to selection.
