The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is set to begin the online registration process for recruitment of Technician Grade I (SIgnal) and Technician Grade III (Various) from today, i.e March 9, 2024.
According to the notification released earlier by the RRB, the online application process will begin on March 9, 2024 (today) and will go on till April 8, 2024 11:59 PM. Application modification window will open on April 9 and end on April 18, 2024.
This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 9144 vacancies in Technician posts. This includes 1092 Grade I Signal and 8052 posts of Grade III for various categories.

Steps to Fill the RRB Technician Online Form 2024
For making the application process easier for candidates, we have provided here a complete step-by-step procedure to fill the RRB Technician Application Form 2024.
- First, open the official website of the Railway Recruitment Board i.e. https://indianrailways.gov.in/.
- Now, go to the ‘Recruitments’ section and click on it.
- Find the ‘RRB Technician Apply Online 2024’ city-wise links and click on the respective link.
- Candidates will now first have to click on ‘Create an Account’ and fill in the required details such as working e-mail ID and mobile number. (This step is to be done by only those candidates who are new users, candidates who have already created their account for CEN 01/2024 can log in for CEN 01/2024 using the same login credentials.)
- An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number or e-mail ID. Enter the OTP in the required column to complete the verification purpose.
- The candidates have to now complete the application form by entering the necessary and required information.
- If any candidate is applying for the scribe, he/she must provide the details for the scribe person.
- At this, step candidates have to upload the essential documents, the candidate’s signature and a colored passport-sized photograph in the prescribed format (scanned copies only).
