It is hereby ordered that the Drawing and Disbursing Powers of HS Lopara, Kishtwar and HS Kiyar, Kishtwar delegated to Principal HSS Dachhan, Kishtwar vide Order No. 1033-DSEJ of 2023 dated 09.05.2023, issued by Director, School Education Jammu, is hereby withdrawn with immediate effect.
