Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the posts of one Project Associate II under DST PURSE Project entitled “Advanced R&D Centre for efficient and climate resilient agriculture production under temperate conditions of J&K”.

The position is temporary and co-terminus with the project and the appointee shall have no claim for absorption in SKUAST-Kashmir. Interview shall be conducted on 15-04-2024 at 11:00 AM at Dryland Agriculture Research Station, Rangreth, Srinagar. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidate for appearing in interview.

Eligibility

Essential: MSc Genetics & Plant Breeding / Seed Sciences/Plant Biotechnology
Desirable: Experience in working in field of molecular Genetics & Plant Breeding / high throughput phenotyping and genotyping
2 years Research experience as evidenced through valid certificate & formal office order

Note: Relevant higher qualification (PhD) will be considered.
