Transfer And Postings Of 220 Masters
In compliance to Transfer Policy for Employees of School Education Department issued vide Govt. Order No. 103-JK (EDU) 2023 dated: 24-04-2023, a committee vide order No. DSEJ/Gen/18305 dated: 07-06-2023 was constituted under the chairmanship of Director School Education, Jammu.
Whereas, all the grievances received by this office regarding modification of Transfer/Adjustment of masters was put up before the said committee. Whereas, After threadbare discussion on case to case basis, the committee has recommended 181 cases for consideration of their modification & 25 Masters to be retained at original place of posting due to various reasons covered under policy in vogue.
Whereas, Further a total of 46 representations with respect to promoted Masters have been received out of which 14 are considered for modification by Committee.
Whereas, all the other representations have been found devoid of merit and have been rejected. Now therefore, after approval of competent authority, following modifications to the Adjustment/Transfer orders of the Masters issued vide Govt. Order No. 1113 DSEJ of 2023 dated 27-06-2023 and Govt. Order No. 1129 DSEJ of 2023 dated 17-07-2023 is ordered:-
