UPSC Announces 1930 Vacancies for Nursing Officer Recruitment – Apply Now

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released an official notification regarding the recruitment of Nursing Officer Posts in Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) under the Ministry of Labour and Employment. The online registration process for ESIC Nursing Officer Recruitment 2024 has been started on the official website www.upsc.gov.in.

The UPSC will conduct 02 stages of the recruitment examination i.e. written exam and document verification to recruit eligible candidates for 1930 for NO vacancies. Age Limits

The candidates should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 30 years of age as on 1st January 2024.

• Age Relaxation: Category-wise age relaxation is as follows:-
• (i) By 3 Years for OBC Candidates.(18 to 33)
• (ii) By 5 Years for ST Candidates. (18 to 35)
• (iii) By 5 Years for SC Candidates. (18 to 35)
• (iv) By 10 Years for PWD Candidates. (18 to 40)

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

• (i) B.Sc. (Hons.) in Nursing from a recognised University of Institute; or Regular course in B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized University or Institute or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized University or Institute; and
• (ii) Registered as a nurse or nurse and mid-wife (registered Nurse or registered Nurse & registered Mid-wife) with State Nursing council. OR

• (i) Diploma in General Nursing Mid-Wifery from a recognised Board of Council; and
• (ii) Registered as a nurse or nurse and mid-wife (registered Nurse or registered Nurse & registered Midwife) with State Nursing Council
• (iii) One year experience in minimum fifty bedded hospital after acquiring the educational qualification at
• (B) (i) above.

• Step 4.  A unique registration ID is generated by the system and sent to the candidate’s registered mobile number.
